Frequently Asked Questions
What do we provide?
What should you bring?
How can you find us?
For GPS: using our name "Fundy Tidal Bore Adventures" in Google Maps is the best option.
What if I'm not rafting?
Not rafting? Visit the Fundy Tidal Interpretive center! You can take a walk through and look at their beautiful displays then take a walk out to the observation deck to view the tidal bore or stay onsite and enjoy our beautiful view of the river.
Can I go mudsliding?
Definitely! With each tour you have the option to go mud-sliding! Mud-sliding is exactly what it sounds like. We'll find a big, steep hill of pure clay, climb to the top, and slid down it into the water!
When should I arrive for my tour?
You should be at the departure site 1 hour prior to the departure time.
Can I get pictures or a video of our adventure?
Yes! A go-pro camera makes videos during every tour. $29(tax included) to never forget your experience!
How old do you have to be to ride?
Children must be 6 years old or older to ride the tidal bore. We recommend children be 9 years old or older for "extreme" days.
Will I see any bald eagles during the tour?
Absolutely! There are bald eagle sightings every trip!
What is your cancellation policy?
Any cancellations or changes to a reservation require 72hrs notice or they may be charged 50% of the invoice. No shows will be charged the full invoice.
When are the tour departure times?
Departure times vary daily depending on the tides. Details for each day can be found in the menu heading "Schedule".
