  • What do we provide?
    - Safety orientation - Interpretive talk about the history, science and nature of the river and area -Change area/hot showers -Certified life jackets -Wetsuits for Spring/Fall (when the water is cold) - Rain gear - Daily pictures and videos on request - Great tidal bore viewing for non-rafters - Post-tour snacks and beverage
  • What should you bring?
    - Comfortable clothing to raft in (usually shorts and t-shirt) - Change of clothes - Towel - Secure foot wear for rafting (no flip flops or crocs) - Sunscreen
  • How can you find us?
    For GPS: Use our name "Fundy Tidal Bore Adventures" in Google Maps or Use our address: 45 Hwy 236, Green Oaks, NS Directions: Take the #102 Trans Canada Highway to exit 12 and turn left (west) on the #289 Highway. Stay on this road for about 14km (about 10 minutes of driving). We are located on the right just before the Gosse Bridge with the blue gates and roof.
  • What if I'm not rafting?
    Not rafting? Visit the Fundy Tidal Interpretive center! You can take a walk through and look at their beautiful displays then take a walk out to the observation deck to view the tidal bore or stay onsite and enjoy our beautiful view of the river.
  • Can I go mudsliding?
    Definitely! With each tour you have the option to go mud-sliding! Mud-sliding is exactly what it sounds like. We'll find a big, steep hill of pure clay, climb to the top, and slid down it into the water!
  • When should I arrive for my tour?
    You should be at the departure site 1 hour prior to the departure time.
  • Can I get pictures or a video of our adventure?
    Yes! A go-pro camera makes videos during every tour. $29(tax included) to never forget your experience!
  • How old do you have to be to ride?
    Children must be at least 6 years old to ride the tidal bore. We recommend children be 9 years old or older for "extreme" days.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Any cancellations or changes to a reservation require 72hrs notice or they may be charged 50% of the invoice. No shows will be charged the full invoice.
  • Are there any accommodations near you?

  • How much do your tours cost?
    Short (2hr) trip: Adult $72+tax, Child $62+tax Long (4hr) trip: Adult $99+tax, Child $89+tax We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard and America Express. Book with a group of 8 or more and recieve $5 off per person.
  • When are the tour departure times?
    Departure times vary daily depending on the tides. Details for each day can be found in the menu heading "Schedule".
